The duration of the talk must be no more than 22 MINUTES (30 including questions).

The speaker will have access to a human display with a countdown and a robotic contact person to coordinate with :)

Topics that require more in-depth treatment may be proposed as a workshop, while some speakers invited by the organizers may extend their duration up to 110 minutes.

Talks will take place indoors. The following will be provided to the speaker: table, chair, video projector, power supply, and internet connection.

For additional requirements, contact the content team at tarapia@endsummercamp.org

Project or Lab?

If you want to bring a large project or one that requires a dedicated or special space, safety measures or special infrastructure (tesla coil / robot / flames etc etc), contact us in advance using this form.

Labs are spaces reserved for those who want to put into practice what was seen in the talks or offer hands-on demonstrations.

You are free to bring any other project!

Music !?

Yes! ESC is not just for nerding out on technology!
We are always looking for cool musical acts and DJs to light up the evenings and nights at ESC.
Feel free to submit your performance, availability and any equipment you may need!
